Best Western The Royal Chase Hotel

Having celebrated our golden wedding here last September, we were delighted that our niece decided to have her 50th party here. We stayed overnight and once again found everything to be exceptional. We were pleased to meet up again with Mandy and all the other staff, who continue to give first class service coupled with friendliness. The buffet was great and the room beautifully laid out. Didn't get to use the refurbished swimming pool this time sadly due to our time restraints, but everything was just as we remembered it, perfect. Hoping someone else decides to celebrate here so we have an excuse to revisit!! Thanks team

The room was clean and tidy and quite big enough. The bed was comfortable, and we both slept very well. The gardens around the hotel were nice. The bathroom was small but adequate. The swimming pool was good, with a sauna too. The sauna was small but adequate and hot enough! The were plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. The breakfast was fine and just enough of each item, except mushrooms, but then we love lots of mushrooms!

The staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay so much more enjoyable! We didn't get to eat at the hotel as they did not serve food on Christmas Eve (which was on a Sunday so this may have been the reason for no restaurant). The breakfast on Christmas morning however was great. We had booked two rooms, both were a great size, had very large beds, were clean and well equipped. The hotel was warm and comfortable. Brilliant to have a swimming pool which had long opening times.

Staff were excellent.

The building had a bit of history and plenty of parking and free electric charging point! The staff were really lovely and the swimming pool was the reason why we chose this hotel. Dinner in the evening was very good and reasonably priced.
